I spent over a decade at a Fortune 15 enterprise (Verizon) becoming a specialist in Solution Discovery and Technical Deep Dives. My career has been defined by one thing: bridge-building. Whether I am bridging the gap between executive strategy and frontline execution, or translating complex technical data into actionable business value, my goal is to drive clarity and performance.

A 25-Year Evolution

My professional story didn't start in an office. It began with 15 years of manual labor, including time spent in the fields of California. That experience instilled in me a level of resilience and "grit" that I bring to every technical challenge today. I’ve evolved from those early days into a Senior Analyst who has led international missions to Monterrey, Mexico, and architected technical benchmarks for global teams.

The Technical Engine

I believe that a great leader never stops learning. To complement my decade of operational experience, I recently completed a Full-Stack Code Development certificate through the Bethel School of Technology. I am also currently a PMP Candidate, mastering the project management frameworks necessary to lead high-stakes digital transformations and Proof of Concept (PoC) environments.

Beyond the data and the code, I am a husband and a father of five. My approach to leadership is rooted in "Player-Coach" principles—I am never afraid to get into the weeds with my team to ensure we meet our collective goals. I thrive in ambiguity and high-pressure environments, using my bilingual fluency and analytical mindset to solve problems before they impact the bottom line.
